The Water Treatment is a location in the Playtime Co. factory, which debuted in Chapter 2: "Fly in a Web" of Poppy Playtime. After escaping Statues, The Player must pass through Water Treatment to return to the Game Station for the final time, in order to board the train and escape.
Appearance[]
The Water Treatment is an area in the depths of the factory's lower levels, as the name suggests the room is filled with a large central water tank and assumedly treats it. The room acts as an intersection between four different doorways, connected by two rotating metal platforms to bridge the gap over the water, operated by a control panel in front of the entryway The Player enters from. One button rotates both bridges, while the other button merely activates one platform and leaves the second one stationary. Falling into the water instantaneously issues The Player a game over. To the left of the first button is a Transfer Request for Mommy Long Legs. There are two stairways on each side of the raised platform containing the control panel that lead down to the rest of Water Treatment. The VHS player for the VHS tape is located on the right.
The left door leads to an intersection of conveyor belts transporting Bunzo Bunny toys, throughout the vertically enhanced room. Two levers can be pulled to raise and lower the platform respectively, at the top of which is the Barry Trophy. There is also the Cat-Bee cutout.
The central door leads towards the Game Station, but is locked. In front of the doors, on the floor, is the Jimmy Roth Interview VHS tape.
The right door is equipped with a toy scanner, requiring a Bunzo Bunny to unlock said door and leave Water Treatment.
Gameplay[]
The Player must press the buttons to reposition the bridges and enter the room on the left. Then, they must redirect the flow of the Bunzo Bunny conveyor belts by pressing various buttons throughout the room with their GrabPack, so they can finally acquire one for themselves. They must then backtrack to readjust the bridges once more and use the Bunzo Bunny on the right door's toy scanner to unlock the path forward.

Trivia[]
- On one of the walls and some pipes in the left section, there are bits of blue hair and blood, suggesting that Huggy Wuggy might have fallen through this area where he died after the conclusion of Chapter 1: A Tight Squeeze, and was presumably taken away by The Prototype to graft him on his body.
- The Player can actually take more than 1 Bunzo Bunny toy if they repeat the same procedure mentioned above. However, only one toy can be used to open the door to the right of the Water Treatment area. Therefore, the remaining collected ones are utterly useless.
