The Experiment 1006 VHS Tape, otherwise referred to as the Black VHS Tape is a VHS recording of a log explaining a 'prototype', and abruptly being interrupted at the end by an unknown creature.
Appearance
The Experiment 1006 VHS Tape is a black, dirty tape which can be located on the Poppy Room catwalks and can be recorded by placing it in the same location. When the tape is inserted, a mysterious scientist logs how a prototype broke free, and certainly caused something to happen within the factory.

Scientist: "Final log. In relation: 1-0-0-6. The Prototype." Scientist: "Coordination and cooperation is evidently within his skillset, as well as the skillset of all other experiments of his type." Scientist: "Though still missing, today's events are no doubt in relation to him." Scientist: "His absence was a flaw in the scientific process, which should have under no circumstances been left unaccounted for." Scientist: "That's why I'm making this log: So that the same mistake won't be made twice." (Screams and pounding in background) Scientist: "Any future experiments will need to be contained and disposed of in a secure location." Scientist: "I'm not worried about myself. One breakthrough and I'll be back. We must forge onwards in the name of science. Whether those who are beneath us understand it or not. End of-"

Trivia
- The words "coordination" and "unaccounted" are spelled incorrectly in the subtitles. It is unknown if this was intentional or accidental, or if they will be fixed in the future.
- A similarly structured VHS tape was found at the end of Chapter 2: Fly in a Web, known as Log 08502.
- Originally, fans thought Experiment 1006 referred to Huggy Wuggy. However, this was proven to be false, as Huggy Wuggy was confirmed to be Experiment 1170, as stated in Log 08502.
