Surprise Hare is a toy produced by Playtime Co., which made its debut in Chapter 2: Fly in a Web. The toy can be located in the Rejected Room along with a slew of toys rejected for retail by the Playtime company. The toy was never documented to be released, but multiple withered versions of said toys can be seen scattered throughout the room.

Surprise Hare has a teal egg-like shape with two red ears with yellow inner coloring. It has a white underbelly and face, along with an oval-shaped body. An alternate version of this toy can be seen within the darkness near the rightest shelve. It is very similar to its trailer appearance, with one damaged ear, a fluffy tail, and a brighter greenish color.

- Surprise Hare bears a very similar design to Squishmallows.
- Due to it's egg shape, it's quite possible Surprise Hare might be partially inspired by a matryoshka doll or nesting doll in which there are smaller version of hare inside the main body, other animals or as the name suggests a surprise toy similar to a modern-day blind bag.
