| “ | If you like having your job, Sharon, beat it. We're busy! | ” |
| — Leith Pierre, Incident Aftermath | ||
Sharon (misspelt as Sharron in the Survivor Tutorial) was an unknown Playtime Co. employee that most likely worked as a boom operator. She may have been new to boom operating due to Leith Pierre calling her an idiot for not turning off the microphone last time.
She may have also been a personal assistant to Pierre, as he tells her to look for a new Resource Extraction Specialist in PROJECT: PLAYTIME, implying she is somewhat of a lackey for him. Her next mention would be in the Incident Aftermath audio recording where Pierre, believing she was standing outside the room he was in, would demand her to leave if she wanted to keep her job.

Sharon's physical appearance is currently unknown.
Personality[]
Sharon's personality is unknown.
History[]
After voice recording, Leith Pierre turned off his microphone and berated Sharon for failing to do so the previous time, comparing her to an “idiot” and highly implying that she would get fired (even though there’s no proof of this happening in the end).[4]
While the executives were discussing the Theater Incident, investigator Gerad Lockehart knocked on the door to report his findings. However, Leith believed it to be Sharon. He was already angry at the time, which may have been what led to him shouting to ‘Sharon’ that she better leaves if she wants to keep her job.[5]
PROJECT: PLAYTIME[]
During a Resource Extraction Specialist's training, Leith told Sharon that he needs her to find a new specialist, possibly due to there not being enough of them. At another point in time when Huggy Wuggy was let loose, Leith’s assistant, Micath Pierciado, exclaimed to Sharon that Huggy’s feeding time was supposed to be at noon. He also later asked her if a train is meant to be there for the Specialists to board.[6]
Theorizing[]
It may be that Sharon's character is just meant as a joke for the fans, since she's only ever mentioned by someone else and usually in a negative context, such as being told off or something of the like.
