The Secondary Lab,[1] also known as the Doctor's Domain, is a location seen in Chapter 4: Safe Haven of Poppy Playtime.
This location is a complex labyrinth of surgery rooms, which are filled with Red Smoke and the bodies of several failed experiments.

Gameplay[]
After leaving No Man’s Land, The Player must navigate this area using a Broken Gas Mask that they obtain from the corpse of a dead employee, collecting Air Filters to protect themselves from the Red Smoke flooding it. As they do so, they are repeatedly contacted by The Doctor, and they discover the deceased, abandoned corpses of several failed experiments.
