Poppy Playtime: Escape Trials[]
On October 15, 2025, Mob Entertainment announced, together with Fortnite, a map based on the Poppy Playtime franchise. The map reuses locations such as the Make-A-Friend Room and Game Station found in Poppy Playtime, as well as mechanics such as Toy Parts, used in PROJECT: PLAYTIME, besides the reappearance of Huggy Wuggy and the Ruined Critters as obstacles that players must overcome. In addition, there are several documents and VHS tapes scattered throughout the map.
However, the map was heavily criticized due to bugs and other issues. In light of this, the following day, October 16, Mob released its first hotfix:[1]
- An updated store support for controls;
- An improved experience for new players through control guidance;
- An improved maze experience and prevention of premature deaths in Game Station.
On October 22, one day before Fortnitemares, Mob announced the second hotfix.[2] The fixes were:
- Red Smoke reduced by 25%;
- Huggy Wuggy's slowness increased by 25%;
- Prison timer reduced from 1 minute to 20 seconds;
- Movement sounds added to Huggy and Ruined Critters;
- Mouse/controller prompt added at game start;
- Lights added to jumpscare sequences to disable spatial loading;
- Spatial loading removed in lobby areas;
- Game start timer moved to the bottom of the screen.
