Digital Collectibles/NFTs

Trivia
- The digital collectibles are actually NFTs.
- A NFT/non-fungible token is a unique and non-interchangeable unit of data stored on a digital ledger. NFTs can be associated with easily-reproducible items such as photos, videos, audio, and other types of digital files as unique items, and use blockchain technology to give the NFT a public proof of ownership. However, They consume a lot of energy not only to mint but to verify the blockchain with each transaction.
- On this tape, Laithe Pierre calls out a man for not turning off the microphone last time.
- The man's name is Sharon and is a new character introduced to the game.
- What the digital collectibles/NFTs are saying are actually scrambled letters.
- The community thinks that when unscrambled, the letters form "Mommy long legs is coming".
- The letters are: G, E, N, M, C, G, M, L, O, M, I, O, S, O, Y, M, N, L, I, G, S.
- It is very likely that this is the case, as a character by the name Mommy Long Legs was teased in the Chapter 2 Trailer.
- It has been confirmed by the developers that "Mommy Long Legs is coming" was the actual code.
- This is the first tape created by the developers themselves to be controversial among the community.
- Andy Gill, a member of EnchantedMOB and MOB Games had stated that they have long abandoned the NFT project, but was unable to take down the website even after contacting the website holders.[1]
