PickyPiggy is a toy produced by Playtime Co. who debuted in Chapter 3: "Deep Sleep". Miniature plush versions of her reside in Playcare with the rest of the Smiling Critters line-up.
Appearance[]
PickyPiggy is an anthropomorphic pig with pink skin, black eyes, a curly tail, a half-moon shaped upper snout, and ears curling inward. Her hooves and snout, along with the inside of her ears, are a darker shade of pink. Similar to the other Smiling Critters, PickyPiggy is depicted with a wide toothless grin (the inner mouth shrouded in darkness), and she possesses a black zipper line running down her center, with the zipper sporting a red apple pendant.
PickyPiggy's cartoon appearance is roughly the same as her toy appearance, albeit with the zipper line removed, the addition of white pupils, and the zipper pendant now attached to a black necklace.

PickyPiggy is a healthy eater who loves food and encourages her friends to eat a well-balanced diet, though she harbors a secret fondness for cheeseburgers and PB&J sandwiches. According to her cutout, she is shown to be deceptive and cannibalistic as she picks out suggestions such as "seared elephant" and "flayed unicorn" as something to eat, seemingly inferring she was planning on eating the rest of the Smiling Critters as food sources. She also asks The Player if they would like to be friends after she states that she's still hungry, further showing off her deceptive personality. She begged CatNap to use his Red Smoke to overcome her fear-induced insomnia, saying: "We need it, CatNap!" When he complied, PickyPiggy showed signs of euphoria when inhaling the sleeping agent, laughing hysterically with the others until she passed out.

Backstory[]
PickyPiggy was created as a member of the Smiling Critters toy-line. Soon after, miniature versions of her were created, along with a Bigger Bodies version to work in the Playcare. Sometime after or during The Hour of Joy, the Bigger Bodies version of PickyPiggy was presumably killed by CatNap, as DogDay refers to himself as the “last” of the Smiling Critters.
Chapter 3: "Deep Sleep"[]
A miniature PickyPiggy appears as a hostile plush toy in Chapter 3: "Deep Sleep". PickyPiggy, along with the rest of the Ruined Critters, chase The Player in the Playhouse. Using the GrabPack's orange hand, the Player has to shoot a flare at her to scare her away. If PickyPiggy gets too close, then she jumpcares them by lunging at their face. Later on, several versions of her crawl inside of DogDay's exposed torso wound to control him and chase after The Player.

- PickyPiggy was the sixth Smiling Critter to have her description revealed on Twitter.
- PickyPiggy and Hoppy Hopscotch's reveals were originally meant to be swapped, as PickyPiggy's Twitter post asks if they're forgetting anyone, referring to CatNap.
- The scent of citrus is used traditionally to help improve mood, increase alertness, and reduce feelings of fatigue.
- Despite her encouraging healthy eating, her favorite food is a PB&J/peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
- PickyPiggy’s cardboard cutout suggests that she may have eaten some of her friends in order to survive. She starts off by eating some roast beef, but she then mentions grilled chicken, seared elephant, and flayed unicorn and how “delicious” they all are, implying she may have eaten KickinChicken, Bubba Bubbaphant, and CraftyCorn. She then says she’s still hungry and then asks an unknown individual if they can “be friends”, implying they were her next victim.
- There is a slight goof in her cardboard cutout. Instead of PickyPiggy, the name reads "Picky Piggy".
- In early concepts for the Smiling Critters cartoon, PickyPiggy's house was a barn, a common home for farm animals, especially pigs.
