Pianosaurus' Enclosure is a location seen in Chapter 4: Safe Haven of Poppy Playtime.
This location is where Pianosaurus remains encaged until The Player intrudes and disturbs him by accidentally falling in.
Appearance[]
The enclosure is a large metal box with a viewing platform and an observation deck, accessible either by a door above that leads to the deck, a door set lower into the side of the metal box, or a door leading to a now ruined open air viewing platform. A single light is all that illuminates the dark reaches of the room, and a pipe snakes up above the lower door, concealing a GrabPack Handle just behind it.
History[]
Before The Hour of Joy[]
The space was built alongside the prison near the Containment Zone possibly to house larger experiments, with Pianosaurus later being chosen to inhabit it in 1990. The space was likely used to subject Pianosaurus to a manner of tests as directed by Harley Sawyer in Prisoner Profile, Experiment 1163, though he doubted that Pianosaurus would survive.
Chapter 4: Safe Haven[]
Pianosaurus, defying Dr. Sawyer's expectations, has managed to survive a full decade and a half, through to the year 2005. As The Player arrives and travels through the prison, they eventually arrive at his enclosure. With no other way forward, they shuffle across the now-ruined viewing platform, but halfway through it crumbles, dropping them into the cell and alerting Pianosaurus. For a few seconds, the dinosaur peers at The Player before striking a pose and then charging at them. But suddenly, Doey the Doughman reaches out from behind in the shadows, stopping and restraining Pianosaurus to the ground. Helpless, he is picked up off the ground and is thrown against walls several times before being slammed down again and dragged quickly into the darkness. There Doey makes a meal out of him and as he feasts, a clawed hand and a spinal spike are thrown aside before his decapitated head slides out of the gloom singing one last disharmonious chord.
Belly full, Doey walks out into the light, remarking how satisfying the dino was to eat and how long he hadn't been able to do so. Doey then notices The Player and greets them, reassuring them he won't eat them too. He introduces himself, telling The Player that he has been expecting them. Then he breaks into a smile, helps them up, and happily directs them to follow him, his head comically staying in place before suddenly snapping back to his body. The Player then leaves the enclosure through the door set into the side of the cell.

Trivia[]
It is possible to skip Pianosaurus' death by grabbing the concealed handle just above the pipe and moving through the air.
