Leadership is a perk featured within PROJECT: PLAYTIME. This perk summons a healing circle around players, healing any Specialists attached closely alongside them. This perk is beneficial for supporting other players after getting into encounters with Monsters.

Leadership is great due to its supporting role for players and their teammates. It is best equipped for users choosing to actively pursue the Monster. If someone suffers enough damage due to fighting the Monster, they will be healed in order to help them continue their fight. For simple survival strategies, the Leadership Perk is crucial to have the highest chances of all of a team staying alive while solving all the puzzles.
The Leadership Perk’s healing effect can stack when multiple players use it. With good coordination, this allows players to stall a Monster for much longer by absorbing additional hits while maneuvering to cause the Monster’s attacks to miss.
