History[]
On an unspecified date, P.W. was hired at Playtime Co., becoming a part of the Science Department. P.W. didn't understand why a toy manufacturing company wanted a biologist like him.[3]
On November 20, 1990, Theodore Grambell's procedure to become CatNap was successful, and he was placed in a cell for an adjustment period. The cell was locked improperly, allowing CatNap to break out and hunt and kill six employees before being subdued by security. P.W. filed the Incident Report, describing the aftermath "like a scene out of a horror movie". He noted for the higher-ups to create stricter safety protocols for experimentation, expressed the loss of lives to be wasteful, and suggested directly giving his ideas to upper management. P.W.'s report and note were rejected.[4]
At an unspecified time after 1993,[5] P.W. received Playtime Co.'s Orientation Notebook. After reading it, he taped in his notes and documents to reveal confidential information not said in the book, intending to release the truth.
P.W. made regular use of the Port-A-Lounge, explaining in a note, "One of them literally saved my life once..."[6] On May 16, 1995, he booked a full day in a Port-A-Lounge following surgery.[1]
On August 3, 1995, P.W. planned to quit Playtime Co. but was persuaded to stay.[7] P.W. would be the few survivors of The Hour of Joy on August 8 and was later aware of Leith Pierre launching Specialist operations to recover toy parts scattered during the massacre.[8]
