Minor Characters |
Minor Characters are characters that vaguely appear throughout the game, not being expanded upon nor mentioned after their listing, with little-to-no information revealed alongside them.
Chapter 1: "A Tight Squeeze"[]
Male Presenter[]
The Male Presenter is an unnamed presenter appearing at the start of the Vintage Poppy Commercial. Before cutting to the commercial, he makes the bold claim that there is no other doll like Poppy Playtime. The Presenter's appearance is that of the toy-maker Orenstein introducing a toy similar to Poppy Playtime called Smartypants, but with his voice being dubbed over to instead introduce Poppy. He was originally mistaken to be the first appearance of Elliot Ludwig.
Female Narrator[]
The Female Narrator is an unnamed and unseen narrator who provided the voice for Playtime Co.'s slogan. She appeared prominently in the Vintage Poppy Commercial, listing and promoting the revolutionary features of the doll Poppy Playtime. She briefly reprised her role at the beginning of the intro for Chapter 3: "Deep Sleep". She is portrayed by Emily Frongillo.
Chapter 2: "Fly in a Web"[]
Employees[]

Matteo Lata was an unknown employee of Playtime Co. and is first heard of Makayla Hyssop's Assessment Form in Chapter 2: "Fly in a Web". He is depicted as a Game Station conductor, taking notes on Makayla Hyssop's second playthrough throughout all three Game Station games. He is presumed dead alongside Sarah Abell after a blood splatter is depicted on the page he was writing on.

Matthew Wayson[]
Dr. Matthew Wayson was an unknown employee and is first heard of in the Formal Request Form item in Chapter 2: "Fly in a Web". Judging by his depiction as a doctor, he may be one of the scientists responsible for the experiments with children. However, it is much more likely that he is a psychologist as he focuses exclusively on the mental health of the children and notes an important point that an area should feel natural in order to calm people down.
Project: Playtime[]
Johnny, Maggie, and Bill[]
Johnny, Maggie, and Bill are three employees all featured within Project: Playtime's Survivor Tutorial. They each are seen after being sent down the Feeding Pit by Huggy Wuggy. Johnny and Maggie appear inside of the Feeding Pit, with Leith Pierre commentating over how long they had been there, and their presence after being presumed dead. Before Leith calls Bill to pull you up, Maggie gets abducted by the Wuggies. Bill is later tasked to pull the Survivor out of the Feeding Pit with their GrabPack. After doing so, you are tasked with pulling Johnny out of the pit. The three all escape through calling the Train over to their location. In-game, they're depicted as blank, humanoid mannequins.
Shoppy (character)[]
Shoppy was a minor character previously intended to be a background prop while in the Shop tab in Project: Playtime. It is depicted as a colourful cash register appearing with dilated eyes and a series of buttons and utilities such as a weight scale, abacus, and hand-crank. The item appears to be officially trademarked by Playtime Co.
Shoppy may be an item officially sold alongside the many other toys innovated by Playtime Company, as the toy shares many features commonly seen on toys such as bright colours, the abacus, and the lack of official cash register features. The toy also shares a striking resemblance to many other toys similar to its kind.

She is depicted as a large rose with a closed bud, and she possesses a giant smile, red rosy cheeks and large eyelashes. Her body resembles a stick bug or praying mantis, possessing leaves as her hands. Rose was likely created around the same time as Daisy, given the former's similarities to the latter.

Her face is a lighter shade of lavender, and she possesses a giant smile, red eyelids and rosy cheeks, and large eyelashes. A few weeks after The Hour of Joy, CatNap locked the teachers inside the School. With their food supplies dwindling, the other sisters singled out Miss Delight, preventing her from eating. The sisters' actions ultimately led to Miss Delight cannibalizing them, with the latter slowly turning insane afterwards.

They were equipped with tranquilizer guns in order to sedate 1170 should they find him. Two were depicted violently killed by the hands of 1170, alongside others whose bodies were captured on camera. Out of 11 casualties, five were declared deceased while the other six were deemed missing, presumably having been devoured by 1170.
