Mark Smith was a minor character who appeared in the Chapter 3 Interactable ARG.

As a maintenance technician for Playtime Co., Mark made his first appearance in the Missing Equipment Notice, a case involving the theft of two GrabPacks 2.0 and two Green Hands.

History

In 1989, orphan Theodore Grambell stole some GrabPack equipment, but other than one, nobody knew that he was the culprit. To let everyone know of the situation, Mark Smith made a report in which he talked about the missing equipment and stated that it may have been stolen or misplaced. He concluded by assuring everyone that any available security footage will be checked to see if it yields any answers.

In 1991, Rowan Stoll began to grow suspicious of Playtime Co. after seeing Huggy Wuggy's moving eyes. But to not be suspected of anything, he made a recording to Leith Pierre in which he stated that he talked to the "maintenance guy" (Mark Smith) who apparently explained that he had not properly maintained Huggy's eyes, causing them to dangle out.
