Another Prison Yard Lever is thrown toward The Player by Doey, along with a deceased DogDay plush.

The third Prison Yard Lever is initally locked inside a cupboard, requiring The Player to input a keypad code to unlock it. This code is revealed by putting into consideration the colors on a nearby whiteboard and the order that they're in, then using that information to extract a passcode from the numbers on the yard towers.
Meat Hook Lever[]
The Meat Hook Lever is found on the ground inside the Kitchen.
Power Room 2F Lever[]
The Power Room 2F Lever is found in a small room in No Man's Land.

Prison Yard Levers[]
When all three Prison Yard Levers have been collected, they can be individually inserted into 4 holes in the walls. Once all four of the room's hooks have been hooked to the locked doors, pulling all four levers will allow the chain's hooks to pull them in and thus open the door.
