Incident Report was a document found in File Explore as a part of the Chapter 3 Interactable ARG. It served no purpose besides being used as a way to tease Chapter 3: "Deep Sleep" while it was in development.
Plot[]
The document explains an incident involving Marie Payne, the former identity of Mommy Long Legs. The document explains that Marie experienced an intense nightmare that she couldn't wake from on February 8. (The year is redacted.) During this nightmare, Marie suffered from poor circulation and a fever, thrashing around so much that three employees had to restrain her on a stretcher.
Claire Harper, the girl's caretaker, states that she is at a loss to the cause of the incident. Her only two guesses are that it was caused by bullying or she missed something from the orphan's monthly checkup.
The document concludes with Claire saying that the recipient ensure this never occurs to Marie again, or she will do it herself.

Marie Payne, a child within my care, began violently screaming just after lights out. She was experiencing an intense nightmare, only she wouldn't wake from it. Her eyes darted around the room, her skin was pale like a ghost, her lips were blue, her heart was racing, and her skin was hot to the touch. Three of us had to hold her down on the stretcher for safe transport.
Incident Causes
I can only guess at this point, as infuriating as that is. I have noticed a group of boys who pick on her, teasing her around during their playtime. It could be them causing this. Maybe it was something that was missed during her monthly checkup from the previous period?
