Experiment #1354 is a VHS tape recording found within Chapter 4: Safe Haven of Poppy Playtime.
The tape records a conversation between Bruno White, Leith Pierre and Harley Sawyer after the latter's awakening as Experiment 1354. During the tape, documents can be seen.
Location[]
The tape can be obtained on top of an operation table in the Secondary Lab, being held by a dead ruined Hoppy Hopscotch. The VCR player can be found in the corner of another room in the maze.

After Harley Sawyer has been transformed into Experiment 1354, Bruno White is present for his activation. Upon awakening, Dr. Sawyer is initially confused about his location but quickly realises what has happened to him. Betrayed once again by Playtime Co., he denounces his now-former employers as traitors. Dr. White announces his presence and the Doctor, furious at his right-hand man for his betrayal, questions who gave him his orders.
Leith Pierre reveals himself to Harley Sawyer, declaring he authorized the procedure Dr. White performed on him. Harley warns the head of Innovation that he made a grave mistake. Leith rebukes his claim, stating that his repeated failures to keep the Bigger Bodies in check jeopardized Playtime and led to this outcome. However, his mind and intellect still remain necessary for the Initiative's preservation, so he was spared from consumption by Boxy Boo.
Leith informs the Doctor that, effective immediately, he will perform assigned procedures exactly as instructed and provide solutions to the other scientists when needed. Whether Sawyer complies with or defies these orders remain irrelevant, as Playtime Co. not only owns the system he inhabits, but can also utilize that very system to probe his mind for whatever they sought. Enraged, Harley vows to kill Leith Pierre when the opportunity arises, but the latter merely mocks his outburst.

Dr. White:
"It looks like he's waking up." The Doctor:"Where am I? What... what is this? Oh no... They didn't. Those backstabbing traitors." Dr. White:"Dr. Sawyer? Can you hear me?" The Doctor:"White?! White is that you?! Who else is in there with you? You enjoy watching me writhe like one of them?" (pained groan) "My head, feels like it's splitting in two. This is wrong, you must have done something wrong. Dr. White:"Some disorientation is to be expected, it'll-" The Doctor:"Who gave you the order? You spineless cowards, after all I've done for this project, for this company..." Leith Pierre:"I gave the order, Sawyer." The Doctor:"Leith Pierre, of course, it'd be you. You have no idea what kind of mistake you've just made." Leith Pierre:"Really? From where I'm sitting, you're the one who keeps making mistakes that need fixing. We gave you so many opportunities to clean up your own messes, but you just couldn't do it, could you?" The Doctor:"What? You think you could do better? Nobody else can do what I do! You need my knowledge- my intellect! Leith Pierre:"Why do you think you're sitting in there right now, and not in Boxy's stomach? Let me tell you how this is gonna go, Sawyer. From now on, you're here to give the lab boys answers when they need them, and carry out procedures when and how we tell you to. That's it. You'll be an open book to us whenever we want. So fight, or give in, or whatever, because either way we own the infrastructure you're wired into." The Doctor:"You'll die for this, Leith! When I get my hands on you, YOU'RE A DEAD MAN!" Theorizing[]
- It is unclear how exactly Harley Sawyer was coerced into being turned into Experiment 1354, but it is likely that Bruno White or another person convinced him to go somewhere important, knocked him out, and then turned him into an experiment. This would explain why he is heard groaning right after waking up.
- Leith is evasive when Harley asks why this was done to him. He claims he gave Harley "opportunities" to fix his mistakes, but the months between 1993 and March 1994 with no attempt to keep everyone else safe from Harley indicates carelessness on Leith's part.

- In the tape "Log 24459", Harley Sawyer himself uses the quote "Fight, or give in." which is later used against him in this VHS.
