Experiment 1172 is an experiment presumably produced from the Bigger Bodies Initiative, who was created shortly after Huggy Wuggy. She was created in November 1990.

History

Upon being transported to the prison, Experiment 1172 displayed many mental issues such as anxiety, stress and a desire to return to her previous containment area. These feelings left her unable to complete assigned tasks, but this changed when in 1994, Stella Greyber requested that the experiments be granted permission to socialise with others in their respective prison cell blocks, which made 1172 feel better overall. That said, she still was far from perfect regarding her mental state, with some negative feelings still being reported. So it was suggested that 1172 perform physical work in a quiet setting and it was eventually decided that she should be transferred to Storage B.

In 2005, The Doctor decided that he needed to keep an eye on a select few experiments, 1172 being one of them.

Trivia

It is heavily implied that Experiment 1172 is Kissy Missy, since the experiment number itself is close to Huggy Wuggy's, and her weekly check-up document reveals 1172 exhibited feelings of stress and was sent to Storage B, just like Kissy.
