Employee Instructions, otherwise labeled as "Proctoring in the Game Station", is a document found in Chapter 2: "Fly in a Web" of Poppy Playtime. It serves no purpose in completing the game, however, may be linked to a part of the lore. The item can be found near the end of the game, where you can obtain it alongside Formal Request Form and the third Train Code after defeating Mommy Long Legs.

The Employee Instructions is a list of instructions an employee must do while conducting the games during the kids' stay at the Game Station. The document clearly states everything we had done prior to obtaining this document, with the exception of what it would've been like from an employee's perspective. The document states to stay 20 yards from Mommy Long Legs, observe each kid's performance within all three games, and give all observations to Stella Greyber.

Proctoring in the Game Station[]

Instructions:[]

  • -Start by reporting to the Control Station.
  • -Always keep a minimum distance of 20 yards away from Mommy Long-Legs.
  • -The train will arrive with children at 8:00a.m.
  • -All children will be gathered inside the game station all at once. The order of the games should be: Musical Memory, Whack-A-Wuggy, then Statues.
  • -A series of bridges and doors from the Control Station should guide you to each game.
  • -Mommy Long-Legs can assist in escorting the children to each game.
  • -Only one child should ever play a game at a time.
  • -Children who are not playing a game will wait in the Game Station. There is playground equipment to keep them entertained.
  • -Record each Child's performance as it is relevant to each game.
  • -Musical Memory: Composure, Memory Pattern Recognition
  • -Whack-A-Wuggy: Hand-Eye-Coordination, Reaction Time
  • -Statues: Agility, Strength, Speed
  • -Once the children have left for the day, return to the Control Station.

Theorizing[]

Musical Memory, Wack-a-Wuggy, and Statues listed each with a following skillset a human can possess can further prove the theory that the Game Station was created to test children and their physical capabilities in order to choose who will work the most efficient for the Bigger Bodies Initiative. Unlike adult employees, children have limitations. Testing each child to find the child featuring the least physical limitations will later be assigned a toy.

Although unknown what "assigning a toy" a child directly isn't stated, it can be implied that assigning a toy to a child means giving a child a chance to possess said mascot whether that be smaller toys such as the Wuggies or the large mascots such as Huggy Wuggy. This information is evident with Makayla Hyssop and her playing through all three games seen on the Assessment Forms.
