— Daisy's cardboard cutout. |
Daisy is a toy produced by Playtime Co. which debuted in Chapter 2: Fly in a Web. Its name was confirmed in the credits for Chapter 2, and on the plaque found in Elliot Ludwig's Office.
Appearance
Daisy is a large flower with white-colored petals and a smiling yellow face. Her mouth is closed while smiling and has the body similar to that of a stick bug or a praying mantis, and she has leaves as hands. She also seems to have black, dilated, hollow eyes with a hint of white. Now Daisy was known to have more human eyes
Trivia
- On the Chapter 2 trailer and a post from Zachary Preciado's twitter, Daisy was originally going to be the main antagonist of Musical Memory instead of Bunzo Bunny.
- Daisy seemingly also had a marionette form that was ultimately rejected by Playtime Co. The reason behind she being rejected and scrapped was because it was deemed too scary for young children, with many of the children in test audiences crying during Daisy's performances.
- Unlike other rejected toys in Poppy Playtime, Daisy has her own cut-out, voice-lines, and collectible. Although in one of the notes mentioning Daisy said she was rejected by Playtime Co, they specifically said her “marionette” form, implying there are other versions of Daisy.
