The trailer begins with a close-up shot of the head of a Hoppy Hopscotch plush toy, and as the camera zooms out, it is revealed that it is hanging on a butcher hook, along with other parts of the toy hanging on other hooks, as well as two yellow gloves and a mattress in the background with symbols of wool and Yarnaby, and a conveyor belt. Then, an unknown creature represented as a shadow appears, running towards some part of the room and is then electrocuted and screams, falling down as a result.
The trailer ends by showing Chapter 5's availability to wishlist on both Steam and Epic Games.
