The Chapter 3 Teaser Trailer is a teaser trailer for Poppy Playtime's third chapter. This video cannot be played or even seen in any location inside the game. It is exclusively seen on MOB Entertainment's YouTube channel.
The tape teased the then-upcoming third chapter by continuing to tease the Playcare attraction while teasing what was to come with an ominous Gas Mask.
Analysis[]
Elliot Ludwig can be heard explaining that nothing more than a child's smile is the reason he continues to do what he does. The camera pans away from the darkness and into the familiar Playtime Co. tiled floor as the camera pans slowly towards and away from a Huggy Wuggy doll laying on the floor.
Ludwig continues by explaining that the children's hopes and dreams relating to the company is the reason the company continues to strive. The camera then pans slowly towards and away from a Mommy Long Legs toy. Curiously, the abdomen is separated from the body, presumably representing the remains of Mommy Long Legs seen in Chapter 2: "Fly in a Web".
Ludwig explains that without the children, the company and children are nothing. Elliot Ludwig, with enormous pleasure, announces the opening of Playcare as the founder. The camera continues to pan towards and away from a bloody Bron toy head. Ludwig continues to describe Playcare their own on-site orphanage. Ludwig explain that no children should never be left unloved. The camera pans upwards, revealing what appears to be a Gas Mask with the representative colors of Playtime Co.
Ludwig concludes his announcement by hoping for only smiles and joy coming out of the Playcare attraction. People can be heard clapping and children can be heard laughing. This laughing quickly forms into screaming and crying. The camera continues to zoom into the Gas Mask. As the screams and cries grow louder, the teaser slowly fades into black as the year "2023" is revealed. The number 3 is highlighted red.

Theorizing[]
It is unknown what the Gas Mask is meant to represent, however popular theories made the argument that the Gas Mask may be THE or affiliated with the antagonist of Chapter 3: "Deep Sleep", as multiple bloody toy mascots can be seen around it alongside a bunch of kids heard screaming after Elliot's announcement for Playcare. This was debunked when the antagonist was revealed to be CatNap.
Another theory made the argument that the Gas Mask may be used as a utility within Chapter 3, probably to prevent from dying to presumed toxic air within Playcare. This gas in specific may be Poppy Gas. This "Poppy Gas" appears on the thumbnail of the teaser trailer, being a red mist that surrounds the Gas Mask. This was proven correct upon release and the gas was given a new name: The Red Smoke.
